By accessing or using the Degenauts website (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You may not use the Site where doing so is prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws, including any laws that restrict holding or trading digital assets.

Any figures, mission "progress", roadmap phases and telemetry on this Site are for entertainment. They are made up, are not on-chain, and are not a representation of value, performance or any real spaceflight. Do not rely on them for any decision.

Cryptocurrency is highly volatile and largely unregulated. The value of a meme coin can go to zero. You may lose everything you spend. Never board with more than you can afford to lose. You are solely responsible for any transaction you make, including verifying the correct contract address from an official Degenauts channel before buying anything.

This Site does not offer accounts, sign-in, or a wallet, and never takes custody of your funds or private keys. Buying $NAUTS happens on third-party decentralised exchanges using your own wallet, entirely at your own risk. We are not a broker, exchange, or money service business.

The "Watch rockets live" feed shows publicly available launch schedules and webcasts from third parties (including The Space Devs / Launch Library 2 and the launch operators' streams). Times are scheduled and change constantly. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party data, streams, exchanges, or any site you reach by a link from here.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights;
• impersonate Degenauts, its team, or any other person;
• scrape, copy or resell the Site or its content except as expressly permitted;
• probe, interfere with, or attempt to compromise the Site or its security.

The Site, its design, code and brand are owned by Degenauts or its licensors. Launch names and operator names are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any launch operator, agency or exchange.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing on the Site is financial, legal or investment advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Degenauts and its contributors will not be liable for any loss — including loss of funds, data, profits or goodwill — arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on anything shown here, or any transaction in $NAUTS. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Site.

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Site, or update these terms, at any time. Material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
